Description - THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR QUOTES  THIS IS A SYNOPSIS OF AN UPCOMING SOLICITATION The USDA, Agricultural Research Service, intends to solicit quotations for monthly testing services in order to maintain the USDA’s recent National Pollutant Dis charge Elimination System (NPDES) permit; the testing site is located in Stoneville, Mississippi.
