Description - Description: The Directorate for Higher Education and Skills (HK-dir) is to procure a national offer of digital teacher-led Norwegian training for adult immigrants on behalf of the Ministry of Employment and Inclusion (AID). The aim is to have a nati onal offer established which is to be implemented as early as possible in 2024 and no later than 1 April 2024.
