Description - Description: ProRail needs the supply, management and maintenance of systems that measure the temperatures of wheels and axle boxes. The objectives of the systems are: a) To prevent derailments caused by hot wheels and hot axles; b) Providing HotBox detection measurements to carriers for the maintenance of rolling stock; c) Fulfilling the duty of care as laid down in the Railways Act; d) Compliance with NEN-EN 15437 - Railway applications. The purpose of this tender is to conclude an exclusive framework agreement with one party regarding the supply, management and maintenance of Hotbox detection systems, to meet this need.
