Description - Description: The Kadaster requires a service for the management of the National Geo Register that provides a stable and managed version of GeoNetwork Opensource Core product. This service meets the requirements set by the Dutch government according t o the European Inspire Directive for providing metadata of geodata products. NGR consists of a core facility that is used by many other companies domestically and internationally, and a Dutch layer. The GeoNetwork Core product is based on open-source code and is widely used in the Netherlands and abroad (Europe). The “Dutch skin” is also open source and widely used.
