Description - Description: The site is at the former Magdalene Laundry at Sean Mac Dermott Street Dublin 1. It is located between Sean Mac Dermott Street Lower to the north, Railway Street to the south, Gloucester Place Lower to the west, and Buckingham Street Low er to the east. The ground investigation is required as part of the proposed redevelopment of the site. Its primary objective is to understand the ground and groundwater conditions across the site. It will consist of boreholes (cable percussive , resonance (sonic) rota-sonic drilling, rotary coring and window sampling), trial pits, foundation inspection pits and dynamic probes.
