Description - Description: ProRail needs so-called contract management services and wishes to contract 2 brokers to perform these services. The Tenderer provides the following services, as stated in Annex 1 - Program of Requirements Brokers: • Contract managemen t for Indirect Preferred Suppliers for the benefit of seconded persons; • Contracting of all self-employed persons hired by ProRail and contract management for the benefit of these self-employed persons. The Agreement does not have a guaranteed purchase of hours or numbers. Based on the decrease in the past 5 years, ProRail expects to spend approximately 540,225 hours annually during the term of the Agreement. No rights can be derived from this
