Description - NASA/NSSC has a requirement for NASGRO Pressure Vessel Development Plan Phase 11. NASA/NSSC intends to issue a sole source contract to SOUTHWEST RESEARCH INSTITUTE, 6220 Culebra RD, San Antonio, Texas 78238-5166 under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) (1)(i). It has been determined that SOUTHWEST RESEARCH INSTITUTE is the sole provider of NASGRO Pressure Vessel Development Plan Phase 11. NASA/NSSC will be the procuring center for this effort. Performance will be located at NASA/ Ames Research Center (ARC).
