Description - The winner of the competition will be determined through the design contest and a contract will be signed with him based on his proposed design and Section 49(6) of the RHS, on the basis of which a solution for the reconstruction of the old town of N arva elementary school will be designed.According to the current copyright law, the author(s) of the design submitted in the competition owns the personal and property copyrights of the design, as well as the ownership of the designs.The ownership of the prize-winning and/or incentive prize-winning designs, as well as proprietary copyrights (except for the right to perform) are transferred to the Purchaser after the prizes and/or incentive prizes
