Description - Description: North Ayrshire Council require a delivery partner(s) to assist North Ayrshire Health and Social Care Partnership (NAHSCP) to meet our duties under the Carers (Scotland) Act 2016. The provision will use communities and outreach models to extend reach and encourage carer identification, enabling carers to understand their rights and seek out essential information and support.The service is for all carers of school age and above. The provision will be delivered from Irvine through Three Towns and Garnock Valley to Largs and includes the Islands of Arran and Cumbrae.
