Description - Description The objective of the PoLuMe project is the reallocation of the emergency lane (PUN) between Mendrisio and Lugano Nord, in the final configuration as well as in the intermediate stages linked to the construction stages of the various works .With this call for tenders, the services of a traffic engineering specialist for the AP/MK phase are put into competition in order to prepare a second comparison opinion to verify and confirm the simulations carried out by the traffic planner (LAB consortium ).
