Description - DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform installation-wide Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) collection/disposal to include as bestos disposal service to Joint Base San Antonio (JBSA) defined in 1.1.1, 1.1.2, 1.1.3, 1.1.4. & 1.1.5.).
