Description - Description The Radiology & Nuclear Medicine department has 9 MRI systems, including a PET MRI system. This concerns both 1.5 Tesla and 3 Tesla systems. Currently, all MRI scanners in Erasmus MC are from GE Healthcare. All MRI systems are equipped wi th a contrast injector. Contrast injectors are also used in the CT scanners and in the intervention rooms in the department. The department currently uses Bayer injectors of the MRXperion and Spectris Solaris EP types. The current situation is that a single-use syringe system is used.
