Description - Description: This contract defines the methods of implementing preventive (fixed part) and curative maintenance (part with order form) of the optical fiber network. It concerns the technical premises and the optical network. Its objective is to ensur e intervention operations within the contractual deadlines (guarantee of recovery time within 4 a.m. and 7/7).
