Description - Test Valley Borough Council (TVBC) is seeking to work with an ambitious consultant or consortium of consultants to prepare the design and subsequent delivery of a multi-purpose theatre in the heart of Andover. Following the exciting news of being awa rded £18.3M of Levelling Up Fund the Council is able to move from aspiration to delivery.
