Description - Description: Plymouth City Council ('The Council') are seeking a main contractor to undertake the design and construction of the replacement pontoon and associated bridgehead repairs at the Mount Batten Watersports and Activities Centre, Plymouth.The existing pontoon has reached the end of its operational life and requires replacement.
