Description - The Army Corps of Engineers, Wilmington District, intends to issue a solicitation for site preparation work at MOTSU. The primary objective of this project is improving deficient earthen berms acting as barriers between ammunition and explosive (AE) storage areas. This has been identified as a mission critical project for Military Ocean Terminal Sunny Point (MOTSU).  AE locations are categorized into three general areas: North Rail Holding Yard, Ammunition Pads, and the South Rail Holding Yard.
