Description - Description: The purpose of this contract is to entrust a service provider with a monitoring and animation mission for a housing improvement program: the Housing Improvement General Interest Program which aims to achieve the following objectives: fig ht against energy poverty, fight against territorial divides, fight against the vacancy of housing or vacant premises, fight against social divides, encourage accession in a secure manner.
