Description - Description: The City of North Vancouver (City), is seeking responses to this Request for Proposal for services to monitor aquatic health parameters and evaluate health indicators on the North Shore; in the three watersheds. These watersheds are shar ed by City and the District. Monitoring will be mainly within the City with some site overlap into the District lands and waters.
