Description - The Embassy of the United States in Madrid invites interested offerors to submit a proposal for mobile telecommunications services for U.S. Mission Spain. The estimated number of mobile phone lines to be provided is four hundred thirty four (434). Th e anticipated performance period is for a base year, with two one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government.  All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered.
