Description - DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES. The Contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, transportation, lifts, parts and labor necessary to inspect, perform maintenance, and certify 11 Mobile Elevating Work Platforms (MEWP) annually at 19 C ivil Engineering Squadron, (Bldgs, 532, 538, 540 and 543) Little Rock Air Force Base, Arkansas 72099 in a manner that will ensure continuous and safe operation. Mobile lifts maintenance, inspection, and certification shall be completed annually between 1 July thru 31 October.
