Description - Description: PWC constructs, owns, operates, and maintains electrical distribution facilities in Cumberland County, North Carolina. PWC is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to provide miscellaneous electrical substation construction and repa ir services on an “as needed” and “on-call” basis, including installing underground conduit systems at various locations in accordance with the work as outlined in the enclosed specifications.
