Description - Non-Personal Service contract to install up to six (6) media risers at up to four (4) locations (three (3) known locations and one (1) location to be determined) in Washington, DC as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS).   State Funer als are administered by the U.S. Army Military District of Washington (MDW) and are greatly influenced by protocol, steeped in tradition, and rich in history.
