Description - Description: The objective of the MINSAV effort is to acquire the design and fabrication of commercial and government developed sensor (signal) generation and processing technologies to enhance the US commercial microelectronics ecosystem and align c ommercial development with DoD needs to maintain US technological superiority in warfighting capability.
