Description - Description: The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD) – Picatinny Detachment, has issued this RFP and associated attachments seeking potential Offerors for the manufacture and delivery of MHU-191 Transporter Assemblies. The assemblies, which are on the Portable Ordnance Handling Equipment Allowance List for Combatant Ships, will be used to transport and loan various weapons, stores, and equipment.
