Description - The Mid-Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center (MARMC) intends to issue solicitation N5005423R0004 for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Multiple Award Contract (IDIQ-MAC)  for the repair, maintenance, modernization, and sustainment requireme nts of the Messing and Berthing Barges under Fleet Forces command. Accordingly, the place of performance is the Hampton Roads Area where the Mid-Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center (MARMC) will administer the Contract. Under normal conditions, work will be accomplished within a 50-mile radius of Naval Station Norfolk, in Norfolk, VA. Additionally, there are requirements that may be required elsewhere within the continental Unites States (CONUS),
