Description - Description: The acquisition is subject to the supervision of meetings. Pursuant to Article 27 of the Social Welfare Act (1301/2014), the welfare area must provide the services of the child and the parent's meetings in accordance with the principles of the Social Welfare Act. The supervision of the meetings between the child and the parent shall ensure that the right of access referred to in Article 2 of the Act on the Custody and Access of the Child (190/2019) is implemented in the best interests of the child.
