Description - Description: This is a non-personal services contract to provide medical simulation training support services to Department of Defense (DOD) medical forces through Army Reserve Medical Command (AR-MEDCOM) tasked to the Medical Readiness Training Comm and (MRTC). The Government will not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers (CSP) performing the services herein. Such CSPs shall be accountable solely to the contractor, who in turn is responsible to the Government. The contractor shall provide MRTC, and the training audience, access to a multidisciplinary medical simulation center to conduct medical simulation exercises.
