Description - Description: The subject of the order is the successive deliveries of medical gases to SPZOZ WSS No. 3 in Rybnik. The delivery specification is included in Annex 1.1 to this Order Specification ("Price Form"). The remaining terms of the order are spe cified in Annex No. 2 to the Terms of Reference, i.e. "Designed provisions of the contract", which will be introduced into the content of the contract/contract provisions.
