Description - The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers – New England District is issuing a Solicitation Notice a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide an indefinite quantity of Mechanical Vegetation Control Services in the Lower Connecticut River Basin, to include the following locations: Barre Falls Dam, Barre, MA, Birch Hill Dam and Tully Lake, Royalston, MA, Knightville Dam, and Littleville Lake, Huntington, MA.  The Government intends to award up to three (3) BPAs from this solicitation.
