Description - Description: *****************************AMENDMENT 0001 ATTACHED ************************************* The Marine Design Center (MDC) of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) has issued this Invitation for Bid (IFB) to acquire four new welded ste el revetment barges. The barges’ primary mission will be to support the Mat Sinking Unit and the Vicksburg District’s existing fleet of revetment barges. The barges will accommodate two rows of mat stacks, 23 on the bottom and 22 on top. Each stack shall comprise 14 squares at approximately 3,400 lbs. per square.
