Description - Description: This is a turnkey project. The University is seeking a qualified commercial painting contractor to furnish all labor, equipment, supplies, services, and supervision required to prime, paint and repair walls in the interiors of McNair Eng ineering building for approximately 58,094 of assignable space (+/- or up to 85,000) sq. ft. Contractor will use the existing standard color for painting which is most likely Navaho White. Contractors are encouraged to take their own measurements and must verify the field.
