Description - Description: This is a standalone requirement for quantity one (1) material burst strength tester, used to determine the bursting strength of paper, paperboard, and corrugated and solid fiberboard used to fabricate boxes used by the DoD for packaging and shipping materiel, in accordance with the “Mullen” test method.
