Description - The Municipality of Utrecht wants to make city distribution more efficient (smarter) and more sustainable. We are focusing on this because we see that the number of vehicles transporting goods in the city is increasing and this is increasing the impa ct (noise, vibrations, emissions, land use) on public space. This does not contribute to the quality of life in the city. We are therefore looking for smart solutions to reduce the impact of loading and unloading. In preparation for the smarter design of public space, we are considering the possible setting up and implementation of one or more pilots in Utrecht with the smart loading & unloading of goods.
