Description - The Municipality of Nijmegen is looking for a Contractor (partner) who will direct and implement maintenance and sustainability for the municipality as of 01-01-2026. The assignment is complex and the Client and Contractor must be willing to enter in to a partnership with each other. The Contractor is responsible for, among other things: Maintenance: • Electrical, mechanical and structural maintenance; • Technical management; • Keeping it safe and functionally available; • Preventing and solving complaints and malfunctions.
