Description - This orientation is organized in preparation for a possible European tender for the supply of sustainably generated electricity to eight provinces. These provinces are: Flevoland, Gelderland, Limburg, North Brabant, North Holland, Utrecht, Zeeland an d South Holland. The eight provinces have formed a collective for the purchase of sustainable electricity, namely Collective Energy Purchasing Provinces (CEP2. 0), with the province of Utrecht acting as a point of contact.
