Description - Description: The Commonwealth is seeking to form a panel of members capable of supplying their own vessel/s and/or source vessel/s of varying sizes and capabilities in order to facilitate movements of cargo, and possibly passengers, by sea, as well a s performing various sea-borne tasks.
