Description - The Commission is planning a study as part of the preparatory work with a view to a possible future update of the minimum training requirements for the profession of midwife in accordance with the Directive on professional qualifications. The study a ims to map the existing requirements for education in the EU/EFTA states. In addition, the survey aims to provide information on the national health systems and stakeholders' views on the possible update.
