Description - The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Patuxent River, MD intends to negotiate and award a sole-source, Cost Plus-Fixed Fee (CPFF) type contract with Northrop Grumman Corporation (NGC), Melbourne, Florida to perform non-recurring efforts necessary f or the design, software development, testing, and evaluation of the E-2D Mission Computer and Displays (MCD) software required to support end-to-end demonstrations of Manned/Unmanned Teaming (MUM-T), along with technical support to update the MC and MCD to process and display additional JREAP messages.
