Description - The purpose of this contract is to grant additional compensation to the benefits paid by the basic Social Security scheme to private law employees of the Contracting Authority, and where applicable to their beneficiaries, when their state of health r equires them to to incur medical, surgical or hospitalization costs, on the basis of the guarantees defined in the Act of Commitment, and at most on the costs actually incurred by the beneficiaries.
