Description - Description: The Malheur National Forest has a requirement to purchase cattleguards and cattleguard components for Disaster Recovery in the Rail Ridge Fire Area. The Forest will utilize local equipment and personnel to remove and replace the existing damaged cattle guards. This is just a purchase for supplies only. Requirements: Cattleguards shall meet HS-20 load rating according AASHTO. For these cattleguards and components, the bases shall be constructed of metal. All metal shall be painted yellow.
