Description - Description: Military Sealift Command (MSC) has an immediate requirement for the servicing and maintenance of an installed and accredited SCIF Intrusion Detection System, which meets Underwriters Laboratories (UL-2050) standards to support a secure e nclave within MSC Headquarters (HQ) Norfolk, VA, with the exception of fiber-optic connectivity to the police dispatch center at Navy Base Norfolk. The purpose of the MSC HQ IDS is to provide an accredited Access Control System IDS.
