Description - This framework agreement concerns the purchase and assembly of tires. In addition to the purchase of tires, Grand Dax wishes to entrust a service provider with the assembly service of new tires for all of its vehicles (light, heavy, tractors, etc.). The purpose of this contract will also be to retread the tires of heavy goods vehicles in the Grand Dax when their condition allows it. For information purposes, Grand Dax launched a first consultation which was declared unsuccessful. This consultation therefore does not require the purchase of retreaded tires in accordance with the provisions of article 2172-6 of the public procurement code.
