Description - The purpose of this consultation is to maintain the XEditor solution from the XPublisher editor for the XML-EAD ​​editing application of the Bibliothèque nationale de France. The contract includes two services: -Item 1: preventive, curative and evolutionary maintenance of the publisher's perpetual license giving access to updating minor and major versions of the publisher; -Item 2: version upgrade which includes the switch to HTTPS, the application version upgrade and the nodeJS version upgrade.
