Description - This consultation aims to conclude a framework agreement for the maintenance of compressed air equipment of the Régie des Transports Métropolitains. This is a procedure with negotiation in application of articles L 2124-3, R 2124-4, and R2161-21 to R2161-23 of the Code. The single-awardee framework agreement to be entered into is executed in part by the issuance of purchase orders, under the conditions set out in articles R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the Code and in part by the conclusion of subsequent contracts for the needs not all of the contractual stipulations are set out in the framework agreement documents (in accordance with articles R2162-7, R2162-11 and R2162-12 of the Code). .
