Description - Description: The subject of the procurement is the procurement of maintenance leasing of heavy and special vehicles for the use of units and service areas of the city of Lahti and the Training Center Salpaus. Vehicles are purchased primarily with a m aintenance lease, but the purchase may also include vehicles purchased with a finance lease. The acquisition includes e.g. vehicles and their maintenance and all other maintenance. Fuel and vehicle washes are not included in the purchase.
