Description - The purpose of this consultation is the maintenance and renovation work of basins and electromechanical sanitation equipment on the departmental road network. It is carried out in the form of an open call for tenders, subject to the provisions of art icles R. 2113-1 to -3, R. 2124-1 and -2, R. 2131-16 and -17, R. 2161- 1 to -5, R. 2162-1 to -6 and R. 2162-13 and -14 of the Public Procurement Code. This market is made up of 2 geographical lots. The number of lots that can be awarded to the same bidder is limited to 1 lot, in accordance with article R. 2113-1 of the Public Procurement Code. The contract is concluded from the date prescribed by the service order established by the project owner
