Description - Description: Incoming foreign criminal reports are processed at the BfJ. This involves the registration of criminal convictions that have been handed down abroad against German citizens and against people born or resident in Germany (Section 54 Para. 1 BZRG). A workflow system is used to electronically process and archive these foreign criminal messages, which will be referred to below as the ESTA process. To implement this specialist process, the product DOMEA from OpenText is used as the basis.
