Description - Description: The subject of this framework agreement is the allocation of telephone assistance, corrective and scalable maintenance for the Mac Val site as well as additional services. The framework agreement will take effect from its date of notific ation for a period of one (1) year. It is likely to be renewed three (3) times on its anniversary date, for a period of one (1) year each time per tacit decision of the contracting authority, without however that its total duration can exceed four (4) years.
