Description - Lakehead currently operates three data centers located in Thunder Bay and Orillia. The infrastructure is dated. Lakehead requires a full assessment of current workloads and storage within our VMware environment to move to cloud services while still r unning VMware. The assessment should provide a two year plan to optimize to a cloud native solution where feasible. Connectivity between Lakehead and any cloud provider will need to be planned to ensure adequate bandwidth. A proof of concept (POC) of any landing zone, VPN/ VPC and management interface will be required prior to migration services.
