Description - Description: The primary objective of this project is to replace the existing hot water boiler, heating fan coil units, and window air conditioning units with a centralized energy efficient air source heat pump system. The selected contractor shall d esign and install the new heating and cooling system for Building 290, Jefferson Barracks Air National Guard Station (ANGS) via a Design-Build contract.
